eUPP Loan Facility is being provided to Students / Parents in partnership with various NBFC Lenders present in the market. The Loans provided are at sole discretion of the provider and eUPP cannot influence any parent profile for priority or escalation.

Loan Process involves multiple checks by Providers and hence can take anytime between 5 minutes to 5 days depending on the availability of the information with the Parent applying for Loan.

Status of Loan once applied can be viewed inside the User Login dashboard of the user. Stage, present with the loan is dependent on the provider and eUPP does not have any time control on the processing time limits.

Loan once approved and disbursed will be sent directly to School Account as Fee and the Receipt of the loan disbursed will be sent to Parent as confirmation. EMI need to be paid by the Parent for the loan so obtained.

EMI disbursal can be requested only after paying eUPP processing fee and parent cannot access the provider portal without explicit consent from the eUPP Loan Processing Team or Support Team.
